Amazon Return Policy

3. Find the order and select "Return or Replace Items"
4. Choose your return reason and follow the on-screen instructions
5. Print your return label and ship the item back

What Amazon's Policy Covers

• Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
• Items that don't match the product description
• Change of mind (within return window)
• Wrong item received

Amazon provides prepaid return labels for most returns. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after Amazon receives the returned item.

Product Warranty

Launch products include manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty periods vary by product:

• Budget models (CR319, CR529, Creader 3001): 1-year warranty
• Professional models (CRP123X Elite, X431 series): Extended warranty available
